Michelle

Michelle Hopkins is a dually registered Industrial Psychologist and Psychometrist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa. She holds the following qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Industrial Psychology (MCom, UNISA)
  • BPsych degree in Psychometrics
  • Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Industrial Psychology 
  • Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial Psychology 
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law
  • Certificate in Health and Safety
  • Diploma in Pastoral Counselling
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education
  • Certification as a BWRT® Practitioner (BrainWorking Recursive Therapy)

With over a decade of experience, Michelle is recognised for her clarity, professionalism, and results-driven approach. She is the founder of MHCP, a psychology consultancy trusted by legal professionals, corporate leaders, and public sector organisations. Her work focuses on the intersection of human behaviour, legal reasoning, and strategic development, providing insight-driven assessments and guidance in complex and high-stakes contexts. Drawing on her background as a high-performing athlete, she brings discipline, resilience, and a strong work ethic to her practice, alongside a compassionate and client-centred approach.
